(More customer reviews)I've used this by itself just to slick my hair back into a ponytail and also used on top of a water-glycerin spray I made before twisting my hair. It is a bit sticky, but I guess you can probably say that for all brown gels; however don't overdue it. It does have a paraben in it so that's a disclaimer for those who don't like that in their products.
