(More customer reviews)I've been using this product for over 6 years and it is a superb haircolor. The instructions given are great and I do use espresso ground coffee and cider vinegar to enhance the effect. I have very dark brown hair with very course, stubborn grays (actually, whites) and I get great color coverage for 4 to 6 weeks. It is a little tricky to do yourself, but it can be done. It helps to have another set of hands help apply so your cover roots completely. I now have my hairdresser mix and apply for me. (I bring all the goods to her; takes approx. 2 hours with a cut). We mix the medium and dark brown together and use the heat cap. Love the results! Very natural looking and no harmful anything.
