(More customer reviews)I have used this hairspray for over 10 years and bought it locally from beauty salons. When I saw the good buy on Amazon, I jumped at it because it normally is higher than the price listed. Unfortunately, when I used the first can I immediately knew that this was not Shaper Hairspray. It is in a Shaper Hairspray can, but it is either old or defective or both. I know this hairspray, and this is not the product that I have bought for years. If it has sat in a warehouse for a long time, it may be that that is what is wrong. I do not know, but when I wanted to return the hairspray I was told that I would have to return at my own expense because the cans are not damaged and can spray. In other words, it doesn't matter what the product is inside the cans. If it can spray and the cans are not damaged, you are out of luck. Also, there was no invoice in the box giving instructions on how to return the hairspray. I never get mdse. shipped that doesn't come with some type of invoice and instructions on how to return. You are taking a big risk ordering with this company. I am sure they can get their money back from Sebastian if they are defective, but you will have the expense of shipping back to them. Needless to say, I will never order from them again.
