(More customer reviews)The product does make my hair feel soft and look shiny just like after having a glaze done at the salon, however after using according to directions for a month, I do not notice that my color changed at all- although hightlights are maintained. It does not cover new gray hairs that come in (just adds a sheen to them). It is hard to put from hands to head as previous reviewers have said it is like jelly and slides off your hands before you can get it to your head. It does not stain if you rinse off surfaces and hands while you are still in the shower (so slippery that it can't stick anyways). Improvements would be to change the formulation to make it easier to apply and to change from a cap to pump dispenser. Next time I am going to order the darker shade since I didnt notice a change in coler in my light red brown hair.
