Oxipor VHC Psoriasis Lotion Review

(More customer reviews)I have used countless products to treat my psoriasis; MG217, prescription creams, soaps, etc... Of them all, my favorite, and, honestly, the only truly effective one has been Oxipor. It's a liquid that you can apply with a cotton swab, which dries quickly. It does leave a slight coloration and smell until you wash it off, but applied before bed it is only minimally inconvenient. Sadly, psoriasis means having to rotate treatments to prevent building up a tolerance to one, so you can't use it 100% of the time. But for all the time I have used it, it has never disappointed me. You have to apply it consistently, and be just a little patient for it to kick in. I am 21, and have had psoriasis for as long as I can remember, I found this product in High School, and it was truly a blessing. The scales long ago disappeared from my elbows and knees, and its last hold out is one spot on my left big toe, whose existence I attribute wholly to my carelessness. Best of luck to all!

J.R. Liggetts Bar Shampoo Review

(More customer reviews)I was looking for two different products when I stumbled on this one. I wanted travel friendly shampoo and I was looking for something that would be gentle on my sensitive skin. This product looked interesting, and after a bit of debate (I have hard water) I ordered it. Wow. I'm glad I did. It took a few washings for me to figure out the best way to use this, but it was worth the effort. A few things I learned...do not get this product in your eyes, it stings worse than regular shampoo but washes out more easily. Don't rub the bar around on your head if you have long hair (tangles). It lathers up just fine if you just sort of run it back along your head like a comb and then work up a lather with your fingers. Dry your hair promptly after washing and you won't need conditioner or a product to blow dry with. This bar leaves my hair easy to comb, if not exactly as silky smooth as a bottled conditioner, and my hair stays clean a long time after using it. I use a tea tree shampoo intermittantly for my scalp, and that seems to take care of any residue as well. I am very happy with this product. Bonus-this bar has just a paper wrapper, minimum garbage, very green.

Daddyo Shampoo by LUSH Review

(More customer reviews)For all fans of Lush's bubble bar, Bathos, this shampoo has the same intoxicating violet scent. For those not familiar, this shampoo has one of the sexiest, purple-est scents I've ever smelled in a shampoo (or just about anywhere else). The scent is violets, deepened by clove and some other complementary notes, and the result is beautiful. The shampoo itself is also a deep, dark, purple, which creates an amusingly hot pink lather. The texture is a bit runny, so be careful when squirting. As for results, I've found that this is not the most moisturizing of shampoos, therefore I recommend following with a good conditioner. The scent makes it so worth it to perservere.
