I use it once every two weeks and my hair has completely changed (for the better) since I started using it. My hair is wavy, but tends to frizz, tangle, and break. I had a really damaged section of hair right at the back of my head that even my best friend (she's a stylist) couldn't fix. She gave me a sample of the Pureology Nanoworks mask and I've been hooked ever since. Definitely fixed my rat's nest. My hair is soft, manageable, healthy, and has much more bounce and shine. Plus, unlike other heavy drugstore hair masks, it doesn't weigh your hair down or take away any natural body, wave, or curl you have. You've got to try it.
