(More customer reviews)I have used this conditioner for years during the winter indoor heating season. I use it every time I shampoo. It adds needed moisture without making my hair oily or weighing it down. I am careful not to apply it directly to my scalp and I leave it on for a few minutes before I rinse it out. Even though I have long, thick hair I don't need to use much product. So one jar lasts for a long time.
