(More customer reviews)We've been using this shampoo along with the conditioner for over a year. It was the best we had ever tried! Unfortunately, the last two times we've ordered it from amazon (and the last time we bought it from a local store) the shampoo has been a yellow color (which, if you have bought this in the past, you know should be much closer to a clear color), very watery, smelly, and no longer even cleans the hair. I use it and my hair ends up dull, dark, and dirty.
I have no idea what happened. I've emailed Giovanni Cosmetics to ask them if they changed the ingredients, but have yet to hear back from them.
In any case, how disappointing! :(
