(More customer reviews)I bought this online because I couldn't find it locally. This is really awesome hairspray but the one I received said "tester" on it. Can't be sure if it was partially used or not but at $20 bucks a can, I'd really like to know I'm getting a new, full can. Too much of a hassle to return, plus additional shipping charges so I just kept it, but will reconsider using this seller again.
