It's much easier to use than the hand-held hair lasers. Recommended usage is 3 times per week, 20 minutes each time; can you imagine holding a hand-held up to your head for 20 minutes straight.
Initially, you'll notice additional hair loss. Don't get scared. It stops after about four months. That's when you'll notice areas of hair growth where there were none before. As a bonus, my hair is shinier, softer, and thicker than it was before and it grows quicker. I'm a woman and when my hair wasn't tied back in a ponytail, you could see straight through to my scalp; not pretty. I tried Rogaine for women and it did nothing.
I consider it one of the best things I've done for myself and a good investment. Amazon has a pretty good price. I've seen them as high as $700 for the 50. Good luck!
