This stuff really thickens my hair bigtime. Simply spray while wet and dry with a hair dryer. I also apply more spray when I'm styling. My hair used to be so flat, but now it looks thick. I also have to say I panic when I run out - I order 2 or 3 bottles at a time so I won't run out. I hope they never discontinue this product! highly recommend!
