So slight worry sets in when you're off to the beach and planning to swim in the sea - waaah! My hairdresser recommended taking a little bottle of this to the beach; wet your hair and comb through a small amount of the conditioner before going in the sea and then rinse off when you get out - the trickle from the beach shower was enough to rinse off and then re-coat with a little conditioner. TaDa!! It works! I have the frizziest hair ever and this technique worked beautifully. I thoroughly recommend.
