I followed the steps online and got a great result. My hair was revitalized and deeply moisturized. It is harder to do it myself on the back of my head, going to a stylist will help. I will take it to my new stylist next time. I have mid length hair, I can use the jar for 4 treatments. Great products for chemically treated hair. I recommend you try it with your hair stylist for the best result.
