(More customer reviews)i've been using this product for over 25 years (and the shampoo too!)...it penetratrates well, doesn't leave a greasy-waxy film, and makes it easy to comb my long hair...it has the most perfect consistancy - rich and thick, but not heavy...it's expensive, so i usually mix it half n' half with something else (either natures gate organic fruit therapy or jasons normaling conditioner) but really, i can't say enough good things about this product - there is nothing else like it on the market, it's a real miracle worker! i first discovered this product, after i'd wrecked my hair (by using gasoline as a "natural" alternative for head lice - it worked, but i wouldn't reccomend it!) i was left with straw for hair, and desperate to find something, that would "fix" it...i tried every product that was reccomemded to me - each health store or beauty salon would swear that their product would restore my hair back to it's natural silky softness (but none of them did!)...then someone suggested that i try biotene h-24, and it worked in just one application!!! (i couldn't believe it - that it would work "so well" when so many others had failed so miserably)...there's really no better endorsment for a hair conditioner, than that - and i've been using it ever since!
