I enjoy using this product because it does make my hair soft, it looks conditioned, no frizz is present, it's affordable, and it blocks against humidity well. THE KEY TO SUCCESS WITH THE MEGAHERTZ SMOOTHING BALM IS TO HAVE A PROFESSIONAL FLAT IRON WITH TOURMALINE, CERAMIC, TITANIUM, AND NANO-TECHNOLOGY FOR CURLY HAIR! Indeed, it gives u that Indian straight hair that you crave (if that's what u desire). But, most importantly it gets my thick hair flat. Love it!
