I ordered the above tiarra on 8/4/10. When it did not arrive by 8/11/10 I became concerned and contacted the manufacturer. I was told that the item was either "lost or stolen" from the mail. When I asked them to send another, they said the item was out of stock. Now, when I look on your website, I see the item is still there and "in stock." When an item is out of stock, it should be deleted from your website. The time I spent waiting for delivery and corresponding with the manufacturer was a delay I could not afford. I am very disappointed in the service I received. I am still without the Tiarra.
