I have super dry, brittle, breaking hair... Using this weekly has helped my hair return to it's self... I am relaxed with 4b hair...I recommend it if your hair is breaking, and dry... Just mix with a tablespoon of JBCO, EVOO, Honey get under the dryer for 30 minutes, and leave on hair an additional 90 minutes, rinse and your hair will love it... Try it for twice a week for three weeks
