For years I paid too much for brands that promised (and delivered) sleek, shiny hair only to find that they weren't protecting my hair from heat damage due to daily use of hairdryer and straightener. My hair would just break off at the ends, and I could never get it to grow to the length I desired. Not to mention it was so thin! I could grab my whole head of shoulder length hair in my fist, and it felt like I had next to nothing in my hand.
Then I decided to switch to Garnier Fructis hair products and before you knew it I had longer, thicker hair AND I continued to use my hairdryer & straightener daily. My hair is sleek, shiny, long & my hair ends are stronger & there's more of them! I wasn't sure which product in particular was doing the job, or was it the whole range (shampoo, conditioner & smoothing milk) put together? Well I found out when suddenly the smoothing milk was no longer available on the supermarket shelf & I was forced to try something else in the range. The product was nothing like what I had been using. My hair became frizzy and unruly, totally unsatisfactory. So I've been scouring the internet for my favourite product and here it is. Phew! What a relief. Oh, just to clarify - my hair is fine (thin) but I have a lot of it (so my hairdresser tells me) and this product is perfect for my type of hair. I only use it in the ends though as I have a tendancy to get oily roots. So if you have the same type of hair as me, go for it! You'll see what I mean.
