(More customer reviews)than any other "cheap" brands. My stylist uses a "CHI" and says this is ALMOST exactly alike. The results are the same. I get great soft and silky straight hair, every time. My hair is VERY thick and course. I give this product 2 thumbs up. I will also be purchasing this again, this time for my sister. I've had mine for a year and it's like brand new!
