(More customer reviews)My steel posts were difficult to use. It seems that it had a manufacturing defect that made it impossible to screw the posts in easily and firmly, much less straight. I was afraid the seller would be unwilling to send me new ones. I contacted the seller and she quickly investigated and learned that the posts in fact had manufacturing defects. She happily and quickly replaced them, of course she covered the addtional shipping expense. The new posts were tested before they were shipped to me so I received a working product.
This could have happened to ANY seller, as the posts come in seeled packages and she would have had no way of knowing the posts weren't functional. I appreciate the seller's friendly and professsional attitude and quickness in resolving the issue.
