I tried several hair skin nails vitamins in the past from GNC (cheapest) to Provillus (very expensive) and never noticed a huge difference. I decided to give nioxin a try based on amazon reviews, and i noticed an immediate change after a week of taking them. My hair felt stronger, smoother, silky, and just wonderful that I shed a few tears. I have been taking them for a couple of months now and my hair has drastically improved, its more bouncy now, it has more weight, you can notice the pony tail how thicker it has gotten...Im shocked and impressed. I feel confident now and will never stop taking these. They have made my nails strong too and skin is nice...but the most impact was on my hair and i love it!
