(More customer reviews)Okay so I was going to Rite Aid to go buy some other brand that would protect my hair from heat damage or getting burnt while I was straightening my curly hair with my hair ironer. I was looking around but the store didn't have the product so I was sigh....then I saw this product from Dove and was like mmm....they do specialize in the body hygiene field for females. So I thought hmmm...wonder if this product will work on a male's hair. So I bought it for around $5 dollars at the store, got home. When I went to go take a shower I used my shampoo, conditioner and then used the Dove Heat Defense Therapy. I didn't know that it was a conditioner so I used my Paul Mitchell detangler anyways. I left each product in my hair 1min. each. After showering, I dried up my hair with a towel and blow dried. After that I used my straightener(ironer) and to my surprise my hair didn't frizz, had a burnt feeling or smelled burnt. I highly recommend this guys. Now the pricier brands have a competition now.
