(More customer reviews)I opened it, I read the instructions, and the very first time I went to put it in, my finger caught one of the strings and and it snapped - it wasn't even stretched over my hair yet! The beads aren't on actual elastic, they're strung on super-thin little pieces of what looks like stretchy rubber. I was really disappointed. I guess I'll see how good their customer service really is!
