(More customer reviews)I used this stuff for years as a teenager. Loved hot bright it was, how this color in particular glowed in UV light. everything. I decided it was time to dye my hair bright colors again, and was so happy to find my old Special Effects Dye! I've used even professional level color, and nothing lasts as long as this does.
