Not sticky, but very light & yet it holds hair that tends to get frizzy at the first hint of moisture quite well. It has earned me many compliments for its pleasant aroma as well. It is money well spent & lasts. I recommend it to anyone looking for one of the best super hold hairsprays on the market. This hairspray allows your hair to move naturally, and yet maintains the style. If you are as fortunate as I was to stumble onto this product-I think you will agree, it is a great hairspray & it is in a class of its own at less than 1/2 the price of the very pricey hairsprays. And yes, I have tried them all & paid every price imaginable to find the best! Finally, along comes Rusk.
