(More customer reviews)This review is mostly in reply to the prior Amazon reviewer that gave this product a dismal rating. The rating is more targeted towards not buying this product over the internet, rather than the performance of this product.
I've used this product and it works just great. My hairdresser introduced me to this product. Granted, it is an expensive product, but about four small plunger depressions onto your hands and rubbing this white creme into your hair goes a long way and it smells and works great. It is a gentle-hold product, not sticky, leaves your hair not stiff, and does not flake when dry (I wet my hair slightly with tap water first). The decision to purchase and use this product is up to the buyer and their "cost versus benefit" belief will factor whether they purchase this product or not. I do not believe Amazon would intentionally sell old, fake or defective products, since this would eventually hurt their reputation and fine customer service rating. I have been extremely satisfied with prior doing business with Amazon.com, especially with their timely and fair customer service experiences. Lastly, I do not believe this product is seriously affected by shelf-life.
