My hair was always dry in a section in the back of my head. I've colored my hair for years so I always thought it was from damage. I started training for Triathlons and was told to put a conditioner on under my swim cap to keep the color from fading so quickly between appointments. Not only does it keep the color from fading but it got rid of the dry patch in the back. People always comment on how great my hair looks when I'm in the pool 3 to 4 times a week! Now I use it before I get in the pool even if I'm not swimming with a cap. I've tried other conditioners for this but this one is the best.
