My hair felt much softer and smoother the first time I used it, but not only that, the softness lasted for more than one day. Because my hair is curly, I can't wash it everyday, it leaves it way too brittle, so I usually wash every other day. The problem with this is that my hair would feel fin the day I washed it, then be dry and gross the next. This shampoo and conditioner was really good at keeping it soft and smooth til my next wash. I would definitely recommend this product.
