A little goes a long way, and if you comb it through your hair before rinsing (as per the instructions), it leaves your hair very soft and smooth. It's very concentrated, so you only need a small amount, and it is sulfate-free. When I had an itchy scalp, my hairdresser recommended Enjoy products to me, and I stopped having problems. I've used Enjoy for two years and have been very happy with their products.
