(More customer reviews)I never use any gel, mousse or any product in my hair, because it it usually weighs it down, makes it oily, both, or some other bad effect. My stylist told me I had to use something in my hair, and after listening to me yell about how everything makes it oily or weighs it down, she let me borrow this, to see how I liked it. I loved it. I wash and comb my hair, and let it air dry. This is another fabolous reason I love this gel, because it works as my hair dries, and I don't have to damage my hair by drying it. I rub a small amount into my damp hair, comb it through, and voila. When it's time to style my hair, w/ a flat iron or curling iron, blow dry my hair for less than a minute, to "fluff" it up, and enure that it's dry. All of a sudden, my hair has texture that it;s never had before. The curls don't "drop" and "flop" like usual, and my hair isn't staticy and standing on end. No oily roots, and no crunchy hair. I usually have to wash my hair daily, and with this gel, I can comb through my hair the following day, restyle, and go. It's a lot for me to not wash my hair daily, I find it icky, and if my hair felt oily, there is no way I would not wash it, and this gel is to be thanked for that. I had a friend borrow it, and now she is buying a bottle for herself. In 33 yrs, this is the first gel product I have really liked.
