(More customer reviews)I received this product from my neice who owns a hair salon, Exquizit in Buffalo, NY. She knows I have very finicky hair, several different grades and textures that I relax about 5x a year. My hair is very very dry and I have tried everything, even growing my natural hair out twice, I find mild no-lye relaxers work best for me and Una is the best conditioner by far for bouncy, silky, moisturized hair year round. The results are incredible, so I use it at home and the salon. In summer I use it after my daily swim in the ocean, when I need a relaxer after around 10-14 weeks or longer, it tames the tangles and stops breakage. In winter when indoor heat dries out my hair, it leaves it silky-- no split ends. And yes, I blow dry (ionic) and use a ceramic flat iron, weekly. I highly recommend it.
