I have hair with all the body of a 2-year-olds, and when I apply this to wet hair (before blow drying), it works wonders. After styling, apply more spray to hold the style. Somewhere in Chavez's advertising I read his comment that you "can't use too much". That's true. When you brush out your style, your hair feels natural -- just with more body that it had before.
