(More customer reviews)We have one of these and were happy with it. It's relatively quiet and functional.
But something in it broke after about 10 months of use -- perhaps one of the internal ceramic heating elements. (After all, it is called the "ceramic twin" dryer. Maybe one of the twins died.) It's not hot enough to be useful now.
It does have a two-year manufacturer warranty that we intend to test. The warranty instructions suggest that they'll repair or replace it even without the original receipt as long as it's within two years of the manufacturing date. That's a nice type of warranty.
