I talked to the woman that cuts my hair about what I should do, and she recommended this shampoo to help rinse out the color. I would get in the shower, put a TON in my hair, then get out of the shower and just let it sit for 10-20 minutes, then get back in the shower and rinse it out. It worked so well, the water was gray from the dye coming out. My hair was brown after about 2 weeks and back to its normal dirty blond a month or two after that.
