I use it daily, for my curly hair, and I'm on the "Curly Girl" Curly Girl: The Handbook no-shampoo routine, so a silicone-free gel that holds well but doesn't weigh down my curls, and yet rinses clean was necessary. This solves all those issues, and is a bargain!
