I was very disappointed that the seller did not honor the free shipping that was included in the post. That is why I actually bought from this seller, but after contacting them the first time they said that they stopped that promotion a few days before my order was placed. (funny that when I went back to the sellers post, all the free shipping had been removed, I am sure they did that so I had no proof it was actually there, sneaky!) That may be true, however, it was still posted on the post when I made the purchase. After three attempts to get them return the amount I paid for shipping, they never even responded, so I gave up. I will never buy another product from this seller.
I contacted Amazon regarding this, and they were so kind to give me a credit in the amount of the shipping cost. How nice was that, I stand behind Amazon, but not the company that sold the hair clip-in extensions.
