They recommended the Matrix color care conditioner. I bought a bottle ($16 for 13 oz.) and used it this morning. HUGE DIFFERENCE! And no heavy or oily residue, which is usually a problem with other conditioners I've tried. I immediately placed my order with Amazon for the 33.8 ounce bottle. This is one of those rare products that actually delivers, and the Amazon price is a nice break from regular retail.
