I spray it on my hair everyday just before blow drying. It has a very fresh, clean smell and keeps my hair from drying out. You can also use this product on your skin (it may even be edible). It's a very refreshing and cooling body spray, especially after coming inside after a warm summer day. The product is clear, sprays on like water and leaves no residue or stickiness. I LOVE IT AND WOULD NEVER GO ANYWHERE WITHOUT MY SEA PLASMA.
