I actually purchased this product with the Super Smooth Shampoo & Conditioner and use the elixir following my daily shampoo and conditioning. This product works like a charm- only a few small drops needed for my long, color treated hair and it smooths and shines my hair very well. A little will go a long way so for me the price is justified. Many other smoothing serums have left my hair feeling oily or greasy. The Pureology Elixir is soft and light; leaves my hair totally manageable and silky.
