(More customer reviews)I have never used this product by itself. However, when you use treatments in your hair, it is recommended that you have a hot oil, garlic, and protein treatment. This worked very will with the Aphogee treatment. When this was hot, it actually substituted for a hair dryer and made the treatments a little stronger. Do not over heat though, because it could burn you (which is commonly known).
This does not have any olive oil, which I do not like. Nonetheless, I really liked the fact that when you're finished rinsing it out, there is a lot less breakage and if/when you do your hair on a daily basis, the shedding gradually stops on a daily basis. Try using this every week. It also helps your hair to grow quicker and stronger.
If you are concerned that this oil has a garlic smell, don't worry about it. It has a sweet, perfume-type smell.
