(More customer reviews)Let me start off by saying that this is a great product and the other reviewers that hated the product didn't know what this product was meant to do. Like any other "texturizing" hair paste (e.g. american crew's fibre, nolita's fibre), you do not want too much water in your hair.
This product is meant to create that messy look. Not meant for gloss and not meant for spikes. If you want the shiny clean look, this is not it. But if you want the hollywood-ish ruffled up look, this product works wonders.
After coming out of the shower, towel dry your hair to about 30% dryness. Then with DRY hands, rub the paste between your palms so that it spreads evenly in your palms and fingers. Then just work the paste into your hair and style.
However, the price is indeed steep. But if you could afford it, you'd like how good it is for that messy look while still smelling good.
