As other reviewers, I have had multiple cases of BV, and difficulty keeping it away no matter what I tried. I don't like it, the symptoms are embarassing, and whenever I experience it I feel so yucky and unclean. I've been using this for a couple months now, and think this product is my best option for preventive care. I appreciate the organic ingredients, as other feminine washes seem too perfumy - which would seem to irritate this sensitive, PH-unbalanced area even more! The product is a gel and lathers up very well with just a couple drops, so I don't feel bad paying this price for it, as it will last a LONG time. (I've used 1/4th of the bottle in two months, which means it should last 6 more months!) Be prepared though - the first few times I used it, the lather was very tingly, reminding me of those "clean feeling" gum commercials! I can only say it was not uncomfortable for me, but could bother someone else. This sensation has subsided with continued use. Since using this product I believe I have been much fresher throughout the day. This may be too much info, but I'll be honest - when I would use the restroom, sometimes I would notice a smell (hey even the docs give it the "sniff test" when diagnosing) on myself and my underwear. This has significantly decreased since using the product, and I am definitely more confident about my day to day freshness. Not sure how this works it's magic, but I'm convinced I will keep using this regularly as a gentle cleanser that WORKS. P.S. the only minor issue I have is with the package - the cap hinge pops out when I open the cap...but who cares?! Buy this anyway!
