(More customer reviews)I read reviews on the older formula (I didn't realize there was really a difference), but I found the set at a store for a great price so I went ahead and bought it. The NEW formula leaves so much residue on my hair-- it feels constantly oily and rough to the touch. I normally have very soft, light, silky asian hair. This product leaves it well... much worse than Ive ever dealt with. I gave the product 3 stars because I do believe Rusk has good products-- I just dont know about this particular "NEW" shampoo/conditioner set.
