(More customer reviews)Yes, this product helps me sleep better... and here's how. I have a short, fine hair that is cut into a bob. I normally have to get up 1.5 hours before I leave for the day so that I can shower in the morning and wash my hair. What this product allows me to do is take a relaxing bath at night (where I wash my hair first) before going to bed at night. I spray the product in my dry hair in the morning and then just blow-dry with a round brush. It gives my hair a lot of texture and body and I can style it better since I'm well rested. :)
